Mary McCormack was an American actress who is famous for her role as the protagonist in TV series such as "Murder One", "The West Wing", "In Plain Sight" and Loaded. Her work is also well-known due to her movie roles in "Private Parts," "Deep Impact', 'True crime and 1408'. McCormack was born in a house with no entertainment connections whatsoever according to her family tree. was the daughter of a clinical therapy and the owner of an Ice Cream Parlor. McCormack was a student at Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following the divorce of her parents in 1990, she was accepted to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. She completed the BA program in comparative arts. At the age of 12, she began her acting career with an production of the Christmas opera "Amahl and The Night Visitors". She continued to play in the theatre, and eventually landed roles both on large and small screen. McCormack has been recognized as the most well-known and versatile actors. McCormack is the wife of director/producer Michael Morris and has three children.
