Jessica Chastain
Jessica Chastain, an American TV and film actress, is known for her portrayal of strong-willed female characters in films that are feminized. The winner of a Golden Globe Award, she has been nominated for two categories of the Oscar. Following her experience in the US production of 'Joseph and The Incredible Tecnhicolor Fantasy, she started to get interested in acting. The stage debut she made professionally was in a play of "Romeo and Juliet" and she made her film debut with her role in the drama film "Jolene". It was a hit with roles in films such as "Take Shelter", "The Help", "Mama" and Interstellar. The actress won the Golden Globe Award for her character in "Zero Dark Thirty' in the category of 'Best Actress'. Her most well-known role is her role as a strong, but flawed women and many of her films are renowned in their advocacy of feminist ideals. A vocal and outspoken feminist her name has earned her the reputation of being a vocal feminist who is known to support equal pay. TIME magazine named her one of the top ten most influential individuals in 2012.
